Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. Hi there rang up yesterday asked about an aerial they was going to try get me in yesterday afternoon but think it was too late in the day so they sent a message saing they be around first thing so they came out 9am. So Mark the engineer instantly saw the old aerial was damaged gave me the quote straight away so i agreed to it. Mark then went on to say that i live in apoor signal aerial noticed the trees might be in the way.
